- Assist groom with shopping (rings, honeymoon, tuxedos, etc.)
- Provide tuxedo measurement and payment info to other groomsmen
- Pick up all tuxedos from rental shop
 Plan bachelor party
- Cover his own travel, lodging, attire and accessory expenses
- Notify other groomsmen of rehearsal schedule
- Collect tuxedos post-wedding and return to rental shop
- Attend rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Make sure the post-reception car is on site for bride and groom
- Help groom prep for wedding and pack for honeymoon
- Escort groom to ceremony
- Supervise duties of other groomsmen
- Hold the bride's rings until ring exchange
- Provide marriage license and payment to officiant
- Escort and dance with Maid of Honor
- Make first toast to the new couple
- Safekeep honeymoon travel documents until departure
- Transfer new couple's luggae to car at end of reception
- Transport gifts to couple's home after the reception
- Witness the marriage license
Maid/ Matron of Honor
- Assist bride with shopping, wedding planning, invitations, and wedding favors
- Keep the bride sane
- Organize appointments and run errands for the bride
- Host bridal shower and/or bachelorette party
- Record gifts at showers and parties
- Cover her own travel, lodging, attire and accessory expenses
- Provide bridemaids with gown fitting schedules
- Notify bridesmaids of rehearsal schedule
- Attend rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception
- Help bride prepare for wedding and pack for honeymoon
- Accompany bride to ceremony
- Hold bride's bouquet during the ceremony
- Hold the groom's rings until ring exchange
- Witness the marriage license
- Give a speech or toast to the new couple at the reception
- Help bride change from wedding gown to travel clothes, if applicable
- Gather post-reception mementos of wedding (favors, programs, cake tier, etc.)
Groomsmen
- Cover their own travel, lodging, attire and accessory expenses
- Attend rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception
- Pick up guests from airports, as needed
- Seat people at the ceremony
- Assist with hosting bachelor party
- Decorate the honeymoon car
Bridesmaids

- Help transport guests and gifts
- Assist with hosting bridal shower and/or bachelorette party
